How long before I see the first drafts?
For the Social Post Drafting Desk, setup takes two to three weeks from the point we receive your source material. Product listings run three to five weeks for up to 200 items. Review sessions are scheduled quarterly at a time that suits you. These timelines are built into each service and do not change unless your scope changes.
Can I change the drafts myself before publishing?
Yes — you are expected to. Our drafts are a starting point that shortens the time from blank page to something usable. You read, adjust and publish. For the Social Post Desk, we spend the first month going through drafts together so you understand what to change and what to leave.
What happens to my product data and post history?
We use your data only to build your drafting setup. It is not shared, sold or used to train models for other clients. Details are in our Privacy Policy. If you have specific questions about handling, ask us before starting — we will answer plainly.
What if I decide the service is not working for me?
That is part of what the quarterly Review Session is for. If something has stopped being useful, we note it and help you close it down or adjust it. We would rather tell you something is not worth the cost than keep billing you quietly.
Do you work with businesses outside Shah Alam?
